We are really excited about reopening and a little scared about what your hair has been up to for the last 12 weeks since we last saw you.
I thought it was only fair to help prepare you for the changes in salon life, so we wanted to let you know what you can expect from all of the stylists and staff at Lock45 and what we expect from you, our lovely customers.
Some changes for us
We are making some immediate changes to how we operate and for the time being;
We will be sanitising the salon workstations in between each appointment. (Steaming gowns, changing gloves etc.)
Our services will be limited for a while as we restrict the amount of customers in the salon.
We will be keeping a 1.5m distance between clients in the hair salon.
We will only be offering hair services by appointment only for the time being. (No walk-ins)
We will have Wednesdays as our over 70's day at "Golden Days" prices for the foreseeable future.
What we need from you
There are some things we need you to do for us when visiting Lock45 hair salon until further notice;
Please do not attend your appointment if you are at all unwell. (We will be doing the same for you)
Please come alone to your appointment. (No children please)
Please be on time to your appointment, you will need to wait outside the shop until we let you in, we will also let you know if we are running late. (Do not come earlier as we currently are not allowed any waiting facilities inside the shop)
You will need to wash and sanitise your hands upon arrival at the salon
If your appointment is for a hair tint, please ensure you have had a skin test at least 48hrs prior to your booked appointment (Old and new clients)
Please be honest about anything you've done to your hair whilst in lockdown. (We won't be cross, we understand these have been desperate times for us all)
If you are classed as vulnerable (due to a medical condition) please let us know upon booking your appointment so we can do our best to accommodate you.
